First time reviewer, great service. Called in to verify if I order something online to get the 10% off if the battery would be ready for pick up right after. They said just come into the store and we will take off the 10%, came in the store they took my old battery and new battery was already placed by the front door. Outstanding 5/5
Dreading the beginning of a run-around task, I was pleasantly surprised when I went in to get a replacement watch battery. The clerk had the new battery in the watch before I had been in the store for one minute - and only $4.24 total. They also have an impressive assortment of, um, batteries and bulbs.
I placed an order online for store pickup and although I didn't get an email when it was ready for pickup, when I did call, everything worked out well. They are very knowledgeable with the products they sell, which is a rear quality these days at most brick and mortar stores. great experience
ORDERED A BATTERY FOR MY ALARM SYSTEM ONLINE AND PICKED IT UP IN THE SEEKONK, MA STORE. HOOKED IT UP AND THE BATTERY WAS DEAD SO I RETURNED IT TO THE STORE AND IT WAS EXCHANGED FOR ANOTHER. ON THIS SECOND BATTERY THE CONNECTION TERMINALS WERE LARGER SO IT DID NOT FIT MY CONNECTORS. I RETURNED THAT ONE ALSO AND IT WAS EXCHANGED FOR ANOTHER REPLACEMENT. I AM NOT SURE IF IT WAS THE MANAGER BUT IF HE HAD PAID ATTENTION IN THE BEGINNING I WOULD NOT HAVE HAD TO GO BACK TWICE . I EVEN BROUGHT IN MY OLD BATTERY SO THAT IT COULD BE MATCHED UP TO AN EXACT DUPLICATE.
Not good. I special ordered a battery for my 2009 Lexus GS 350. The specified Number 24 size battery was 1/4" inches too tall to fit the battery box in the Lexus.The technician was wonderful, not so the manager who was arrogant, superior, and curt. He would not listen to me when I tried to explain that not all brands of size 24 were the same. I went down the street to Advance Auto Parts and their Autocraft brand 24 fit correctly.
I was in and out in ten minutes after wasting an hour at Battery and Bulbs.
