MANAGER REFUSED TO TALK TO ME WHEN ASKED SAID HE WAS TO BUSY IN HIS OFFICE LOOKING AT RESERVATIONS. HE COULDNT EVEN BE BOTHERED TO TALK TO A CUSTOMER OR HEAR ME OUT!! WHEN I ASKED FOR THE CORPORATE NUMBER HE GOT RUDE WITH THE FRONT DESK ATTENDANT AND SAID GIVE HER THE 800 NUMBER AND GET HER OUT OF HERE... SERIOUSLY? I AM A STORE MANAGER AND I WOULD NEVER TREAT A CUSTOMER LIKE THIS!!!!
Very negative experience. When we checked in, we were only given an option of a smoking room with little empathy from the receptionist. We had to reluctantly accept since it was the only room with two beds. Sheets were dirty. The first night we were only given one additional towel. Then, on the morning of checkout, when I asked for two more, reception told me they had no more towels and that housekeeping didn't start until 9:30 am. Felt necessary to walk around in socks 100% of the time. Understaffed.
The reservations desk was good. The room was a bit uncomfortable. I was not able to lock the door because it didn't line up with door casing. There were big gaps under and around door jams. This allowed too much noise in hallway every time people walked by. No sound barrier between rooms. The guest next door had a dog that barked all night. Their room seemed as if they were selling drugs there. Constant knocking opening and slamming of the door. People speaking outside in hallway from the time I check in until I checked out. I did not get the rest I needed for my journey home the next day. Very unsatisfied. Is there no security at that location? Also, if this was a pet friendly hotel; where was the area to take my pet for bathroom needs? I would of course clean up after my pet. Lastly the room had no shampoo tissue not enough towels. I would have left if I could have found a pet friendly facility that night. I guess you get what you pay for the minimum basic. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone know. I didn't feel safe staying there. I will not return.

Absolutely the worst hotel ever! My family has been staying here since 10/31, and I am currently writing this from our room. The staff here are very rude. Nothing but the smells of marijuana. I mean we had a downstairs room and because we had complained about chemical and pot fumes which staff told us were due to construction upstairs, we're told we had to cancel our stay,and make a NEW reservation for another room which is upstairs where they're doing construction. Staff tends to make up their own prices for a room, or while your staying in the room and wanted to extend your stay, they rent the room out from under you. The staff also likes to talk down to people or make dirty faces at people Or, if your disabled they will threaten you, as I have a leg discrepancy and was told if I didn't move a shopping cart I used to get back to the hotel off the property, management will kick my family out into the cold! Manager seems to have a issue with his anger and should invest in anger management, also have been seen throwing homeless people out of motel and into cold ,some for no reasoning whatsoever. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone, this place is extremely nasty. A homeless person was being helped out by their church charity and the receptionist was making snide remarks at them like "Oh, it's so cold outside! I cant wait to go home and have a warm drink!" I mean someone should consider up-hauling the entire staff here and getting rid of them and putting in staff that actually care about the people here instead of people who allow drug use and prostitution, crime (there was an armed robbery/assault here with police called), among other issues. I mean thank God, I know some Spanish, because to talk to the housekeeping you have to be bilingual because they're non-English speaking or can only understand some. Corporate Offices should investigate this place ASAP!
banging on walls and doors from other customers
The only feedback that I have is that a)we have been there for 2 weeks and the maid had only come to our room once. I've had to wash our towels and provide my own trash bags. Aside from the overwhelming odor of marijuana, the room has been satisfactory. The beds are comfortable and the water is always hot. We appreciate that.

I want my money back I couldn't sleep at all for the whole night I was up and the only reason I stayed here was due to business and work... I needed a quick place to get some rest before a huge meeting the next day and I couldn't even get that. I am beyond disgusted with your company. I never received a callback and I feel I have been ripped off.. not only did I not sleep. I was unable to even take a hot shower, your hotel was a mess.. you need help!! I am taking this matter to the better business bureau since no one has tried to rectify this matter.
I called customer care the same day I checked out I was hung up on and never called back..
the phone wire to call the front office was cut in the room so couldn't call to complain.
