Deceptive billing practices
I am sorry for anyone that may have had issues about billing. I know that his staff is AWESOME and I am sure they will handle any concern you may have. I have to say, when choosing a dentist you really want someone who is professional and good at what they do. I was petrified to go to the dentist because of my past experiences. Dr. Casarella makes you feel comfortable with every procedure and I trust him. He was recommended to me by a friend over 15 years ago, my only regret is I wish I had gone to him years before.
I am sorry you are upset about receiving a bill for your dental services. We have been in business for 30 years and we’re proud of the way we have processed dental claims for all of our patients.
My tooth got pulled so fast, I didn't even know here was doing it! Greatest dentist I've ever been to!! Thank you, Dr. Frank Casarella and staff!
They will not give you the cost even after you ask them multiple times until after you're done and then surprise you with a huge dental bill.

Avoid this place, they will not provide you with billing information about how much it will cost you out of pocket for their services and then will stick you with a huge dental bill at the end.
Always so nice and acomidating. I never have any pain which means a lot to me because I've always experienced it with past dentiss. My whole family goes to the practice. Cannot say enough about them.
Dental insurance covers a portion of your treatment, and the part you are responsible for is called a copay. I have talked with Terri at the front desk, and she has informed me that she did go over the copayment portion with you prior to the appointment. She stated that you have 50% coverage for this procedure, and that the copay would be approximately $500.
