Since moving to the area, my wife and I have dealt with the NE Tire Car Care Center (Seekonk) team two times prior to today and each time the team exceeded expectations with both customer service and job performance.
I just had a lot of work done on my car (whole exhaust system changed). When it was finished I asked for my catalytic converter back and they were hesitant in giving a reason and they eventually said it's because in the area there's a rule about holding parts for 30 days. After hearing that I asked my regular mechanic about not returning a catalytic converter and he said he has never heard of such a thing. Eventually I asked the guy if I could come in 30 days for it and if i needed a receipt or paperwork to pick it up, and he said nope and that i could just come get it. He seemed hesitant and all his answers was very sketchy. I believe he was just trying to take advantage of me and my friend cause we seem inexperienced wih cars.
First thing this morning I received a call from Tim T. Besides being called and not having to call them, another thing I thought was great was the fact that I didn't have to repeat my situation to him. Reason being, he had been updated by Mark (great teamwork). Tim explained that he will be able to go pick up the exact tire needed and would have my car repaired before Noon. This was crucial for me as I use my car for business.
Yesterday my work day ended in my driveway with a flat tire. Needless to say, I wasn't in the best mood when I called to explain my situation. With it being the end of the business day, I figured I would receive "okay" service but that was not the case. Instead, Mark was a great help, energetic and explained my options after I told him I had an early morning meeting the following day.
A very busy place but Dave does his best to provide good service, recommend it!

Most honest shop I've ever used. They've been servicing my family's cars for years. And now they have my girlfriend's family. They tell you like it is, fix this now, this can wait. No high pressure. Would highly recommend.
